The grounds of Fattoria Lischeto
we entered the rustic dining hall, we were treated to a selection
of traditional Tuscan cheeses, salami and other Tuscan meats, bruschetta,
(toasted Tuscan bread topped with vine ripened diced tomatoes and
basil) and freshly grilled zucchini and eggplant drizzled in olive
oil. We enjoyed this meal with some locally produced Tuscan wine
from the vineyards of the owner's father.
